My teacher, friend, and grandmother in spirit passed away May 14 this year.
No one told me, I found out on my own today.
I called her house, no one answered so I decided to check it out.
When I got to her house, nothing was there except a gnome of hers (I guessed it was left behind).
I looked around and saw a few cats in the backyard but nothing really else, so I went to her neighbors house and asked him what happened.
He said, she passed away a month ago and that she had canser all throughout her body.
No one knew about it, but she went in her sleep.

So this is very hard to me to take in.
I shoulda coulda woulda is on my mind at the moment.
I shoulda called her when I thought about her always saying "I miss Mrs. Suddeth. We should visit her soon."
But I never did.
So that is my fault.

She was cremated instead of the funeral that she told me she wanted.
Her family said that it would have been harder on them if they had a funeral.
I can understand that, but the least I can do is find the song she wanted played there, and see what the 9 years of learning the piano can do there.

My mom did go back and get the gnome for me cause her family said I should have it.
So, I have a little gnome to remember her by.
She did love to garden a lot so she had a lot of little gnomes and stepping stones around.
I miss her so much...
